Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is officially launching on October 25. The multiplayer open beta just wrapped up on Monday, following a run that started on September 6. Those who pre-ordered the game got a head start, with early access to the beta from August 30 to September 4. However, Activision has confirmed that there won’t be any early access to the campaign mode before the full game’s release.
Black Ops 6 campaign early access
"The team is fully focused on October 25th, and we're excited about everything the game has to offer in all its modes," Activision said. "This year, we decided to let the entire community dive into every mode at the same time, so we're going for one big global launch on October 25th."
As a result, there will be no Early Access for Black Ops 6 this year—just the countdown to launch day.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is set to launch globally on October 25, and this time, there won’t be any early access for pre-order customers. Unlike last year, when players who pre-ordered Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 got a full week of early access to the campaign, Black Ops 6 will drop for everyone at the same time. In 2023, Modern Warfare 3 had a worldwide release on November 10 across PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, but those who pre-ordered the game got early access to the campaign starting on November 2.
