Apple's highly anticipated September event, titled "It’s Glowtime," is set for September 9th. iPhone 16 Plus price and display:

Apple is likely to keep the iPhone 16 Plus's 6.7-inch OLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate, similar to the previous model. However, a report from MacRumors suggests that Apple might introduce micro-lens technology to enhance brightness and lower power consumption on the device. Additionally, the company may use Border Reduction Structure (BRS) to shrink the bezels on the iPhone 16 series, though it's unclear if these design changes will extend to the standard versions. The iPhone 16 Plus is expected to maintain the same price as last year, starting at $899, or around ₹89,900 in India.

iPhone 16 Plus camera:

A report from Apple Insider suggests that the iPhone 16 Plus will feature the same camera setup as the previous model. It’s expected to include a 48MP primary camera with an f/1.6 aperture and 2x optical telephoto zoom, along with an ultra-wide-angle lens capable of 0.5x photos. The ultra-wide lens might see a small upgrade, with an f/2.2 aperture compared to the f/2.4 on the iPhone 15, which could potentially enhance low-light photography by allowing more light to reach the sensor.

iPhone 16 processor:

There are rumors that Apple might equip all iPhone 16 models with the same A18 chipset, allowing them to handle AI tasks directly on the device. However, the standard iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus might differ from the Pro versions when it comes to GPU performance. Additionally, Apple is likely to increase the RAM in the iPhone 16 Plus, bumping it up to 8GB from the 6GB found in the previous model.

iPhone 16 design:

Word on the street is that Apple is planning some design tweaks for the iPhone 16 Plus. One of the biggest changes is a return to a vertical camera layout, similar to what we saw on the iPhone X and iPhone 12, ditching the diagonal design of the previous model. This new arrangement is rumored to improve the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus’s ability to capture spatial video.

Another potential change is the replacement of the mute button with the Action Button, a feature Apple first introduced on the iPhone 15 Pro models. Additionally, there’s talk of a new 'Capture' button that would let users start recording video, zoom in or out, and focus on a subject with ease.
